Choose the alerts for each address you add.

- Your collection day, a reminder the evening before, and a notice when a holiday moves the schedule.
- Street sweeping
- Choose the blocks where you park. A reminder is sent the evening before each scheduled sweep.
- Leaf collection
- The collection passes for your Section and Ward during leaf season, with the dates to set leaves out.
- Service alerts
- Notices from DPW about suspensions, cancellations, and route changes that affect your address.

Add your address
DPW Alerts matches the address to its collection day, sweeping routes, and leaf section.

Review the schedule
The Today screen lists the upcoming collections and sweeps for each address you add.

Choose your alerts
Turn each alert on or off per address, and pick email, text, or the app. Change it at any time.
Mobile app
The same alerts, as push notifications.
The MyDPW app sends your reminders and notices as push notifications and shows the schedule for each address you add.
